High Resolution Printing:
The HSA printing system was designed for barcode and text printing on cases in both porous and non-porous applications. These print systems are capable of producing barcodes horizontally and vertically with a high degree of resolution.

Cost effectiveness: The design of the printheads is such that they require very little ink to make a high-contrast barcode or text messages on your carton. Print for fractions of a cent per marking.

Flexibility:
There are many configurations of printheads in vertical sizes that provide a better fit for your application. The Xaar printheads come in sizes that are multiples of 0.7" with a single printhead, up to a maximum of 11" with multiple printheads. In addition, there are several controllers to choose from to fit your need most cost effectively.

Durability:
Each printhead is housed in a robust bracket assembly that protects the printhead and photocell from damage due to the occasional misguided carton. In addition, the inherent design of the printheads assures years of trouble free performance in harsh environments.

User Friendly Human Interface:
The large Windows based touch screen on the TIPC controller allows you to see exactly what it is you are printing with a sample to use, "intuitive" human interface. Multiple printheads can be connected to the same controller or networked.
