An integrated design encloses the ink system, printhead assembly, and fluids in a rugged anodized aluminum enclosure for simplified operation. The innovative design greatly reduces the effects of shock and vibration making it the most reliable case printing system in the world.

Design Features-

An enhanced industrial mechanical design encloses the new printheads, ink system, and ink tubes in one enclosure, improving shock resistance. Dual ink feed improves flow rates for faster printing speeds and smooth ink delivery. Single step prime / purge method is automatic with the improved APS technology. The recirculating system virtually eliminates messy priming procedures. An ink channel barrier membrane within the sealed printhead housing shields the printhead and protects printhead electronics from ink intrusion, increasing product reliability and prolonging the life of the printhead. All ProSeries printheads are cleanable and reparable for maximum life.

Versatility-

The ProSeries can be used with FoxJet’s optional integrated spring bracket to maintaining optimum distance for consistent print quality. With the addition of the integrated spring bracket, printheads can be mounted directly across from each other, eliminating the costly need for conveyor extensions and unnecessary mounting bracketry.

Flexible-

Flexibility is the driving force behind the new Marksman controller line. Consisting of two controllers, it is designed to meet the unique and changing needs of today’s packaging lines. The Marksman Pro is a modular, computerized ink jet controller that runs on a Microsoft Windows XP Platform. Various models are available for line operation flexibility which include a built-in keyboard and touch-screen control.

The Marksman Pro controls up to six ProSeries high resolution printheads for printing industry compliant barcodes, graphics, or alphanumeric text on porous materials and cases. The Marksman Net is an industrial ‘smart’ controller designed to work with a single printhead. Multiple Marksman Net controllers can be networked together with BoxWriter Net software for central control of an entire factory.The Marksman Net is designed for use with the ProSeries printheads.

The Marksman Hub delivers the power of our controllers to your peripherals. You can add scanners, strobe lights, etc with this device. The Marksman systems offers complete control during the production process, and can be configured to meet strict application requirements

Modular units control up to six high-resolution printheads Hosting is available through networking channels, and enables additional control of up to 16 Marksman Pro or up to 200 Marksman Net systems. Security levels are passwords protected and can be used to prioritize print jobs.

Report generation provides valuable information for shift work or production runs, including log reports, print jobs, and scanner reads for print/fail reporting. The BoxWriter Pro and BoxWriter Net software are available for the Marksman Pro and the Marksman Net controllers. Each is designed to work with a specific Marksman controller for off-line editing. Linked to the host or operating independently, the workstation allows complete design, editing, and message management.

Data can be introduced to the system through a network connection to the host computer, allowing new information to be routed to the Marksman equipment on the floor. Engineered with a Windows interface, each Marksman system comes complete with BoxWriter Pro or BoxWriter Net text editor software. In addition, the Marksman controllers are designed for complete compatibility with a wide range of network systems including TCP/IP protocols, Windows networks, Novell, 10 Base-T, Ethernet, and more.
