FXJet™ series featuring the Ultra Jet II print engines with high-speed performance capabilities enabling reliable print of industry standard barcodes up to 1.9" tall at speeds greater than 150 feet per minute on porous material, including SCC14, I 2 of 5, UCC/EAN 128, and UPC A symbologies. By increasing the number of orifices per channel, UJII print engines produce a higher quality barcode while simultaneously reducing the amount of ink used.

Adaptability -

Controller designs are currently available for single or multiple printhead applications. The compact size of each controller affords simplicity in space management and installation. An integrated design encloses the ink system, printhead assembly, and fluidics in a stainless steel enclosure for simplified operation and removal of shock and vibration effects. Innovative design supports modular, top-down, or elevator conveyor applications.

• Dual ink feed improves flow rates for faster printing speeds and greater throw distance.
• Single step prime / purge method is simplified without moving parts. Push bulb priming device replaces electronic pump and controls. Re-circulating system eliminates messy priming procedures.
• An ink channel barrier membrane within the sealed printhead housing shields the printhead and protects printhead electronics from ink intrusion, increasing product reliability and prolonging the life of the printhead.
• UJII printheads are field reparable.

• Eliminating shock and vibration allows the use of FoxJet's integrated spring bracket, for printing on variable-sized substrates, maintaining optimum, consistent print.
• With the addition of the integrated spring bracket, printheads can be mounted directly across from each other, eliminating the costly need for conveyor extensions and unnecessary mounting bracketry.
